Since it facilitates the provision of linkages of the student’s campus life with the realities to be faced by them when they seek employment or opt for further higher studies. At ALC, Pune we are committed to smoothen this transition by providing state-of-the-art inputs and facilities. The motive of ALC Internship & Placement Cell is to have Industry Institute Interface. To identify and lessen wherever there is a gap in the employability skills of the students, curricula of the course and the requirements of the industries or the requirements for qualifying for higher education. For this ALC – PLACEMENT CELL will undertake the task of organising suitable programs and imparting it to the young budding professionals, through seminars, workshops, corporate talks, field visits, training programs etc. and allied placement activities. Further, the cell will organise placement drives and provide all infrastructural support required for the selection process of the students by various organisations visiting the campus for placements.
